Notes on Prices
* Prices are for the property per week in UK pounds.
* Euro prices are available on request.
* Minimum rental period is 7 nights during Peak Season.
* Shorter breaks are available outside Peak Season (minimum 3 nights).
What's included?
* FREESAT Satellite TV.
* Bed linen and towels (not beach towels) are provided.
* Rates include cleaning and laundry before and after each rental. Additional
cleaning can be arranged at an extra charge, upon request.
* Gas and electricity costs, including central heating during the cooler months.
* High chair, travel cot, baby blankets, plastic cups, plates, bowls and cutlery are
provided for our younger guests.
* Free Access to all communal facilities - swimming pools, barbecues, gym, etc. (Please note, that we do not own these facilities and are not responsible for their management).
* A meet and greet service from our local (English speaking) representative,who will also be available 24/7 in case of emergencies.
Booking Notes
* A deposit of 20% is required to secure the booking.
* The balance is payable 6 weeks prior to arrival.
* For late bookings, alternative payment arrangements can be made.
* A refundable security deposit of £150/€200 against damages/
breakages, is required when the balance is due.
